Great infographic and story behind the battle for “linch pin of the internetttttt!!!” What about that crowd that rides the fence between designer and developer? With both disciplines changing/morphing/growing/splitting/etc. by the nano-second, how does one keep up with the flow?

Regarding furniture design, is there a split between designers and builder? I haven’t known many designers that couldn’t produce what they sketched / ideated. Different medium but relevant comparison? Where else does this battled symbiotic relationship exist?
