Newspaper Gift Bag DIY from Repurposed Goods!
Yes, there are tons of Newspaper Gift Bag DIY’s out there but is there one as cool and concise as this??!? A bag that I picked up in Mumbai (FabIndia) encouraged me to make this Newspaper Gift Bag DIY. Trying to fit it onto a single page was a challenge that is still being worked on but I think it can be followed decently. Never-the-less, here it is…enjoy!

A couple chairs were made for a Sidney (Salon Vagabond) and Amy (New Moon Skincare) at Aviary Beauty, an amazing organic beauty salon in the Studioplex Lofts. The chairs were stenciled with their logos, used screws with painted heads, and sanded for maximum comfort-sit-ability. Check out these rather swank chairs if you visit the salon OR browse Flickr pictures of the PACs .
BTW, this place smells better than any salon you’ve ever been to…no potent chemicals + great natural atmosphere = Soul + Hair + Face Cleansing. On top of it all, Sidney, Amy and and their colleagues are fantastic…ask my wife!
